Bronze vase by Yashima Boshu. (Sold)

A green patinated cast bronze vase decorated with spirals by Yashima Boshu (1925 - 2001).
Boshu was a metal artist from Takaoka City in Toyama Prefecture.

He has been pupil of the  Living National Treasure, Katori Masahiko (1899-1988) and has received a number of awards for his works at the exhibition Nihon Kogei-kai.

Signed on the base with impressed mark Boshu
