A rare kozuka decorate with gilt and shakudo stripes, the front part with the name Kin ro Teij in applied gilded wire on nanako ground.
From the Collection of Prof. Charles Boxer, an English scholar and collector specialising in the activities of the Portoguese and Dutch in the Far East during the 16th and 17th centuries.
