Frequently Asked Questions for Falcon - EL1690EO - Concealed Vertical Rod Touchbar Exit Device - Electric Latch Retraction - 36" - US28 - Optional Finish - Non Handed - Grade 1 OEM Dimensions Door Prep Cross Bore
How can I tell whether a published answer applies to my product option?
Do not treat an older response as confirmation of current availability. Distinguish general advice from confirmation of a specific product attribute.
What should I do if I may have placed the same order twice?
Ask the seller to clarify any mismatch between transaction information and order entries. Do not infer the final outcome from a temporary display change alone.
What should I check when one order contains several different products?
Review each line of the order rather than only the overall total. Check whether recipient details apply to all products or need separate confirmation.
